COMMUNITY SERVICE

Bill and his company have participated in a variety of community service initiatives since moving to south Florida 15 years ago. When his daughter was younger, he traveled with her to Jamaica for three consecutive years to volunteer at an orphanage for disabled children. In 2014, Bill joined the Rotary Club of Downtown Boca Raton where he actively supports the “health and wellness” mission of the club. Recently, Rotary International announced its intention to combat the dreaded Alzheimer’s disease – its previous ambition was to eradicate polio throughout the world which it has virtually done. Bill agreed to chair the Alzheimer’s Committee for his club and is developing programs that can increase awareness and funding for treatment of this illness.

Aside from Rotary, Bill and his associate Jennifer regularly donate their time and resources by giving free financial advice to those who cannot afford it. They volunteer at their children’s schools every year on Career Day to educate them on the importance of financial literacy. Both Bill and Jennifer are also involved in their places of worship. Bill currently serves on the investment committee of his synagogue and has held various positions on the board. Jennifer enjoys teaching Sunday School to children at her church.
